▸What's the minimum order?
25 bags. Volume discounts kick in at 100 bags and scale up from there — the bigger the event, the better the per-bag price.
▸How far in advance should we order?
For logo-branded bags, allow 3–4 weeks from proof approval to delivery. Unbranded builds can ship in as little as 10 business days. Tight deadline? Mention it in your inquiry — rush options are often available.
▸Can you put our logo on the items inside, not just the bag?
Yes — balls, tumblers, towels, apparel, and more can carry your logo. You'll approve a digital proof of every imprinted item before production starts.
▸Can you ship bags directly to recipients?
Yes. We can deliver everything to your venue or office on a confirmed date, or ship individually addressed boxes to each recipient's door — great for remote teams and holiday gifting.
▸Do you handle multi-sponsor charity events?
All the time. We'll lay out multiple sponsor logos across the bag and contents, and can include sponsor insert cards at no extra design charge.
▸How does payment work for companies?
We invoice your company after you approve the final quote. Purchase orders and standard net terms are available for established businesses — note it in your inquiry.
